Fall 2024 Training Program




We are happy to announce our next 6 week training block, that is focused on building a strong foundation as we move into fall weather and training indoors becomes more of a priority. Here’s a sneak peek into our October / November focus:



Mastering the basics 

This cycle will focus on perfecting foundational movements to ensure stability and mobility. We’ll work on improving your range of motion and enhancing your body’s alignment to maximize performance and prevent injuries. 

 

Instense cardio intervals 

Prepare for some heart-pumping, high intensity cardio intervals. These shorter, intense bursts will boost your endurance, increase your metabolic rate.

 

Mixed modal body building 

We’re incorporation a variety of workouts to build muscular endurance and strengthen your connective tissues, helping you increase balance and build resiliency.


Schedule

Monday: Mixed Modal

Tuesday: Foundation (Pull & Squat) + Intervals

Wednesday: Mixed Modal

Thursday: Foundation (Press) + Body building

Friday: Mixed Modal

Saturday: Make up session (any workout from the week)
