HYROX Training
HYROX is a global fitness race for Every Body. Participants from all around the world compete in the exact same format. The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium like atmosphere for all participants.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines running and functional workout stations to test strength, endurance, and speed, designed for all fitness levels, The HYROX race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.
HYROX has categories for everyone, making it easy and fun to find your perfect level:

Individual Categories:

Men’s or Women’s Open (a classic challenge)

Men’s or Women’s Pro category (a higher level of intensity and heavier weights)

Partner up with a friend or family member to split the race and tackle the course as a team! In Doubles, you and your partner run together but can divide up the workout stations however you like, combining your strengths for a fast-paced, high-energy challenge.

Relay:

Grab three friends for the HYROX Relay and make it a team event! Each teammate runs and completes only two stations, so it’s fast and all about teamwork. The Relay format is perfect for a fun group outing or for those looking to experience HYROX with a little less volume per person.
