PULL UP PLAN - FROM 1 TO 10

Looking to increase your pull-up volume? This progressive plan will evaluate your ability to perform pull ups and adjust training volume each week. The pull up plan will have 2 pull up specific workouts and 1 strength workout to help build the necessary pull up muscles.
