We have evolved from a mobile personal training business to a strength and conditioning gym over the past 16 years. 

With years of experience training clients of all ages and experience levels, we have built a gym with a unique personalized experience in a small group environment at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. 

Membership gives you all-inclusive access to programming, personalized attention, a high-quality workout facility, fun group workouts and a supportive community.

You will have your own personal coach to guide you through your plan and help you every step of the way.

Consultation

Before starting with REBEL all new members participate in a free consultation with one of our Personal Trainers.  The consultation includes, time to learn about your fitness history and individual goals, a movement assessment, and an introduction to the REBEL methodology as well as our unique approach to develop our members fitness levels.

Personal Training 

Our trainers develop your individual fitness plan for success and create a clear path towards your fitness goals. All personal training sessions are designed and guided uniquely for you, based on your individual needs and experience.

Hybrid Membership

Monthly membership includes group training and ongoing personal training. Now you’re ready to start training alongside some great people. The social environment, continued support and the friends you make will provide a new level of consistency that will help you reach new heights of fitness.
